The highest security prison in Kumogakure. A prisoner is set in a room, a field of unimaginable amounts of electricty are everywhere around them. A single move in any direction results in immediate death. There is no getting in, there is no getting out. This prison does more then block your chakra, if your here, it is for a reason.
