Academy and Training Grounds

The Kumogakure academy. Here, students learn more then basic techniques. Here, each student has a teacher fully aware of every technique known to the student, they are devoted to creating the best Shinobi in the world. The training grounds connected to it allows easier access. There, every scenario can be played out. There are different climates reproduced, aswell as harsh physical training areas where one does not have to run around a country to get a work out.
