The Great Watchtowers

Many watchtowers run along the walls that enclose Kumogakure from other lands. Every one hundred and fifty feet a watchtower is placed, with guards constantly on duty, switch offs are randomized and changed frequently. Braziers line the walls, once one is lit, a chain reaction lights all the braziers signaling alert. The walls are highly fortified and guarded. Approaching unseen is nearly impossible, for even masters of stealth would have a hard time getting accross the great boundaries of Kumogakure.
