A small country with a smaller shinobi force, the Whirlpool country is situated between Kumogakure and Kirigakure, and profits from a roaring trade coming in from sea merchants. This country is little more than a small, Mediterranean island full of fairs and tourist attractions. Countless harbours line the country, transporting holiday makers every day.
